We also work with you to develop a straightforward approach to meeting your goals by understanding your particular wants and needs. Every project has it’s own particular constraints, our process helps identify and thoughtfully address each in it’s own unique way.

During the design process, we develop project-specific milestones and deliverables based on the project’s size, budget, and schedule. In order to provide the best collaborative environment for the feel flow of ideas, we schedule regular meetings with our clients to develop the design in a holistic way adding more detail only once the overarching design has been identified. This allows us to focus our efforts and bring our clients with us in the design effort step-by-step.

The success of all our projects depends on an experienced project team. We’re lucky to have a fantastic roster of contractors, landscape architects, structural engineers, civil engineers, and other specialty consultants to draw from; all selected to work best for each of our clients. Similar to our design approach, we work with our consultants and contractors to provide iterative design and cost estimating prior to the start of construction. Estimating, as a means to qualify the design and cost, is a necessity for all our projects.
